The Music Ministry of St. David’s is committed to the preparation and performance of quality music to aid in worship. St. David’s choir, led by Music Director Joe Brabham, serves as a part of the liturgical team to provide musical leadership for the congregation in hymn singing, as well as, responsorial singing. We also strive to provide service music that is inspirational, uplifting, reflective and/or contemplative for the enhancement of the worship experience. The choir sings hymns, psalms, anthems, and other service music during the 10 a.m. service on Sundays and for other Holy Days and special services throughout the year. The annual Christmas Concert and seasonal Evensong services are treasured traditions of St. David’s.
The choir is open to all who want to sing and are willing to commit to this most important ministry. Rehearsals are every Thursday 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. in the sanctuary during the school year.
